At Royal Scent Boston, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
